Manager Essentials

This course is offered to both new and experienced managers and is designed to bring awareness and focus to the essential skills and tasks of people management. This Manager Development Program covers the following topics- Acumen 360 Feedback assessment, Difficult Conversations, Delivering Feedback, Delegation, Coaching/Developing Talent, Leading through Influence, Facilitating Effective Meetings. This course allows a cohort of mixed experience managers to learn and grow together by leveraging the knowledge of the group, providing practical tools and techniques and focusing on in-classroom practice and rehearsal.
