This course is designed for anyone who has to work with and through others to accomplish their goals. With a focus on the external and internal assets of effective influencers, participants will build awareness of their own strengths and areas for development to become more influential. External assets that this course focuses on are Reputation, Networking, and Personal Attributes that make one influential. The internal assets that this course focuses on are one’s ability to listen, be genuinely interested in others, demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence and advocate effectively.
